AsBuilt Hacker Windows Software
I have a couple of hopefully "basic" questions. I have no intent to do compares between vins with Hacker. I intend to use it to compare Asbuilt to my Forscan changes that I make. Forscan and Hacker each have their own folders. Can or should they share the same folder for the abt files? Is that the intention and I just missed it? I realize that Hacker does not write to the vehicle, that is for Forscan to do. When making changes in Hacker are the changes automatically written to the abt file? Or is there a save function in Hacker that I am not seeing? I am assuming changes in Hacker are written to the abt file, and I just use forscan to load the changes to the vehicle? Thanks for any info.

My thinking is to read abt files that are in the data folder for your vin. So copy your .abt files to this folder. Then it will compare fine. Changes from AsBuilt and forscan shown in light blue/gray. Make some changes with Hacker, they will show in green. Fire up forscan with Hacker open and make changes on vehicle. Save abt, copy. My thinking is not to write .abt files so they stay as what is on vehicle. I am hesitant to write .abt files from Hacker for another reason, i could really screw up!

Another question arises. You have an address that was previously changed in Forscan and now want to revert it to Asbuilt. Does the revert work at this point or is only available with a change you just wrote within the current session? And most importantly does color change to green as it would if you typed it in?

New Version 1.1 is published.
Same link.
Control Panel/Programs & Features, Uninstall. Reinstall.
Should keep previous settings you changes.
Bug fix (Wudwork) from asbuilt data not as long as .abt data...happens, web site data isn't always 100% correct/complete.
Other minor bug fixes.
Added the new ModuleNames file and ability to download new one without reinstall from google docs. Thank you for contributing Kingsammy.

Great idea for this software. Even though I have a 2014 I downloaded the software, a good place to keep my FTIS and as built data in 1 place. I don't have the computer skills to build the mod files for older F150s but I am going to try to raise some interest on the 2009-2014 side.
