Green? I thought they were going to yellow in later 18s and into 19?

Supposed to be yellow in the 2019 and up, not unless the diesel f 150's take a different coolant.

They switched from Orange (OAT) to Yellow (P-OAT) in the 2019 F150s manufactured after 1/2/19.

From the attachment "The corrosion protection package in P-OAT (phosphorous, organic acids, yellow metal additives, etc.) provides increased service life and corrosion protection over OAT."

SSM 47740 - 2018-2019 Various Vehicles - Motorcraft Yellow Antifreeze/Coolant

2018 Expedition/Navigator, 2018-2019 F-Super Duty and 2019 E-Series/F-650/F-750vehicles built on or after 9-Jul-2018 and 2019 F-150/Transit vehicles built on or after 2-Jan-2019 are filled with the new Motorcraft Yellow Antifreeze/Coolant. When servicing the cooling system(s) on these vehicles, use Motorcraft Yellow Antifreeze/Coolant VC-13-G (CVC-13-G for Canada). Do not mix different colors or types of coolant. NOTE: The Motorcraft Yellow Antifreeze/Coolant may appear green in color due to the fluorescent dye used.

Would it be beneficial then to use the yellow P-OAT in the 2015-2018 trucks after a coolant flush and refill?

Beneficial? I have an early '19 that has the old style anti-freeze. Unless I was just bored and had some extra cash I wanted to get rid of, I wouldn't even consider it.

I respectfully disagree depending on the climate you're in

True! For folks who consistently operate their F150 at temperatures below 4 F this could be an issue.
