Default How much offset before lifting?

Hey guys. I'm running 35/12.5/20 Toyo mts with 1.5 inch spacers on my factor sport rims. Thinking about tossing some offsetted rims on her. Lotta people seem to go down to 33 inch tires. I'm sure it has to do with the amount of rubbing.
My question is, is it possible to run say -44 offset with just a level and 35s?

you will rub a ton if you go with -44 on just a level.
I am currently on 20x12 -44 on a 6" lift and I still needed to trim my front crash bar to rub free.
go on customoffset.com and look up the truck. it will give you examples of what look you are going for and what's needed to achieve it. jJust make sure you find a few people that have the same specs, because some people say their was no trimming and rubbing and you know they are lying....

As stated above you would rub a ton, assuming you could even turn. Even a 33 on a -44 would need a good bit of trimming. You really cant go much wider than you already have with your wheel spacers unless you do a lift kit or drop tire size.
