I find it crazy that you can order the F150 as basic as that or as advanced as the Limited trim. Quite a wide array of options.
There's nothing wrong with that. Sometimes I wish things were a little more basic. Of course if they were there would be near as much complaints. My 2004 STX has the roll-up windows and nothing extra. I kind of liked it once I stopped looking for the button to roll the windows up and down.

I don't think there is anything wrong with it either - I think its great they can cater to so many different owners unlike a lot of other manufacturers which have little trims and stringent packages.

I do think $27k MSRP is high for a 100a basic 4x2 stripped out truck like that though. That same 100a truck with 4x4 raises the price up to $31k!

That's more then we paid for my wife's 2016 CX-5 with literally every option including Nav, auto brake assist, adaptive cruise, lane departure, auto high beams, adaptive LED headlights and more!

Not knocking your truck, just using it for reference.

Why are the bumper's not properly aligned where it meets the fender on so many REG-CAB's I've seen? It looks like it was pulled down or drooping...Is there a DIY Fix or better yet, a Ford Warranty Fix?

Yep, seems to be a common thing. Here is a thread on it and how to give it a facelift.

I looked at mine last week and it seems to be ok compared to a lot of others I've seen.

My 1999 F150 needed some costly repairs back in August of 2015 that wasn't worth sinking more money into...so I needed a truck ASAP and after looking at used trucks the prices were ridiculous with most having high mileage so I bought a basic 2x4 2015 XL RCSB with NO OPTIONS....great truck but after a year I realized I need a few more options (hated the manual windows) so I traded it for a 2016 XL Sport 4x4 with the options I wanted...As you can tell I like shortbeds and Ingot Silver too

Are those 20's on your truck now? I will soon have a set of 20" wheels and tires to replace the stock 17's that are on my new 2016 XL.

The wheels on his truck are the same 17's as yours.

NO....those are OEM 265/70R17s that came with the truck...at some point I'll do a leveling kit and bigger tires but prolly stay with 17s to save some $$$ on wheels
