Default Any ideas to replace this

My truck is 2wd so it has this (picture) thing instead of the nub that lets you control 4x4 options or rear locker, I was wondering if anyone has replaced that coin holding thing with either something useful or at least flat, and please no rocket launcher or ejection button ideas

No experience with this but are you considering any accessories that could have switches mounted there? Like additional lighting systems or a radar detector, etc?

Sure you're not thinking of the cubby where the TBC can go? It's below the part the OP is interested in but can be seen in the bottom of his pic.

Dremel the center out of it so all you are left with is an outer "frame" that snaps into the hole in the dash. Fit a piece of any material of your choice over the hole if you make the hole unsightly, or under the hole if you do a nice job on it to slightly recess your panel. In that panel, add a 12V power point, or a couple of accessory switches, or gather some parts of cell phone holders/mounts and create a custom phone holder.

Once you have the coin-holder cut out of the panel, the choices are endless.

Well, either that or a turbo gauge, I saw a guy on YouTube that added a turbo gauge but he actually cut a hole in a different place cuz his truck is 4x4, also if there was something flat to replace it I'll put a small phone mount there

A gauge could be cool, too. The only drawback is that it's out of line of sight while driving and you'll have to look down to see it.

Order the 4X4 Switch and some 4X4 stickers and increase the trade in value of your truck by thousands of dollars?

Dremel it out (or at least flat) and use the location for a phone mount.
