Getting ready to order tires and leveling kit. Pretty sure I've settled on Bilstein 5100 front and rear set at 1.75 to keep some rake for towing the camper and 275/65/20's. Would like some input on tires. Narrowed it down to Cooper AT3 XLT's, BFG K02's, or Falken Wildpeak A/T 3W. TIA

Honestly, if I didn't have a preference I think I would compare the weight of each tire. The lighter the tire the less mpg you will lose over the stock tires.

After that I would probably compare price and even which ones your favorite tire shop sells.

I have a set of the BFG KO2's and have nothing but good things to say. They are wearing well, quiet and perform well both on and off road. I don't drive in snow so can't help there.

Fallon's are 10lbs heavier per tire but the BFG's and Coopers are the same at 57lbs.

Used to run ko2s and they were a great tire with fairly low road noise. Biggest complaint is they don't clean out very well but that's to be expected with a tighter tread pattern. I've switched to duratracs cause I wanted a bit more of an aggressive tire for mud and snow.

That's an additional 40lbs. of un sprung weight. Depending on your style of driving that could be good for a 1mpg loss if that's important to you.

This is with 2" level in front and 3" blocks (3/4" higher) & Bilstiens in rear. Approx 1" rake remaining.

My tires are 275/65R20's = 34.4??? BFG A/T KO2
They do not rub on truck at all...……...BUT they do occasionally rub my weathertech front mud flap ever soooo lightly. The mudflaps take up 3/4" of space in the front stock inner wheel well. This is best pic of mudflap and tires on truck, AND my Silver Lab!!!
Hope it all helps you.

I'm in the same position right now and feel like I've read every tire thread on the forum, twice. I may go 285/65/20 or the 275/65/20

Right now AT3 XLT is my front runner, over the Falken Wildpeak AT3W solely for the 5 lbs per tire reduction of the Cooper VS the Falken. I want the Falken but, that weight. I also look hard at the KO2 (I've run them before they are good ime). And I consider Nitto Terra Grappler G2 because there is a p metric like 12 lb lighter tire in 275/65/20 but Nitto seems to get the most inconsistent reviews and I'm not sold on winter performance compared to the others. I also consider Toyo open county AT2 or rt but I saw what seemed like a lot of reports of hard/slick tread in the wet and cold plus the AT2 doesnt seem to look as good from the side.

What I basically want is the performance of a Michelin LTX and the looks of a mud terrain. Don't most of us? lol

It's worth noting maybe that in the 285 65 20 the Falken lists 2/32 deeper starting tread depth (18/32)

I put the Coopers on mine and never looked back. They’ve been excellent so far...not too loud, the ride is nice and smooth, and the aggressive look doesn’t hurt either.

Just my $0.02

I’ve heard good things about the coopers and falkens...obviously the KO2’s as well. I think the falkens look better.

ive always run Nitto Terra Grapplers and never had any complaints. Plus the 27/65/20 come in P and LT.

oh yeah, there are Bilsteins for sale in the for sale section...

Thanks for the recommendations. I think I'm gonna go with the Coopers, they're the ones I had my eyes on from the beginning and I really haven't heard anyone dislike them. The prices I've been quoted haven't been far enough apart to make too much difference. I'll post pics when I get my level on and then the tires.
