Why didn't they check caster?

If you are still under warranty, most dealers will honor one alignment. Might check into that first.
Being toed in a bit isn't the worst thing in the world (better than being out). Given the data you have, you could probably adjust each tie rod and be very close....I'd go a full turn on the right, two turns on the left, pushing the tire out.

ÑYour truck calls for a slight amount of positive toe (tires pointed in) to be in specifications, but it actually shows to have slight negative toe (tires pointing out).
If the provided alignment reading is indeed correct you will absolutely wear tires prematurely on the inside edges. As a matter of fact, it’s bad enough that you may be able to see tire wear already.
IF you trust this shop enough to believe you are seeing a true alignment reading then you should definitely buy the alignment. If you have reservations then you might consider having your alignment checked at another shop to verify. Many shops do this for free. (And for the record shops do this for free because it is very common for alignment to be out but the customer not realize such until their tires are worn out.)
Edit: I should also mention that your truck shows -.35° of total toe but calls for +.20°. That makes it a +.50° out of alignment which is A LOT in alignment terms.
