Are you driving over 40mph? Do you have any DTCs? Read the attached info on it and see if you can narrow it down.

Yes, the system properly activates over 40 mph with green arrows appearing. I do not have any DTCs. I have not been able to get on an empty road to let it really drift. Maybe I am just expecting it to intervene more than it is

Mine doesn't react until my tire is on or over the lane line; it's not going to keep you centered in the lane if that's what you're expecting. If you don't have DTCs and everything else seems to be working with it you probably just need more testing on the road.

Ok cool. Do you see yellow lines ever?

I have but I rarely even use LKA. The novelty of it wore off quick when I realized it wouldn't keep me in the freeway lane without often crossing over into the adjacent lane. If I was on a cross country trip or driving for long hours I'd use it but it's just not practical for me. I've got 35x12.5x20" tires too that stick out farther than stock so that maybe that contributes to it not reacting quick enough for my liking.

Cool. I'm gonna try to recalibrate tomorrow too when I can get out on a long stretch of highway. So far it's been start and stop during calibration

Ok, another update. I recalibrated today and was able to do so on the interstate so it was a long stretch of uninterrupted driving. The system is still not functional.

I watched a video on the system and it should definitely turn the lines yellow. This does not happen, it just goes from green to off when I drift over the line.

There is never any correction by the truck or wheel vibration when I cross over.

Any ideas?

Did you use IDS or Forscan for the calibration yesterday Livintup?

I've used both and they both work.

I don't know what your issue is especially if you say there's no DTCs pointing to anything. IPMA should be sending the command to PSCM to steer back into the lane. Below are my IPMA & PSCM settings if you want to experiment:

IPMA
706-01-01 1F88 DA50 5232
706-01-02 2800 0038
706-02-01 FFFF FFFF FF0B
706-02-02 FFC0 CCC0 005C
706-03-01 4490 4000 25
706-04-01 8A40 0080 5C

PSCM
730-01-01 0000 0100 003A - bold bit is for Active Park Assist
730-01-02 0001 0101 003D
730-01-03 0001 0000 033F
730-01-04 0000 0000 003C
730-01-05 0000 0000 3D
730-02-01 0100 0101 003D - bold bit is for PTBA ****
730-02-02 0000 0000 003B
730-02-03 0000 0000 003C
730-02-04 0000 0000 003D
730-02-05 0000 0000 3E

PSCM 730-02-04 0000 0000 003D
PSCM 730-02-05 0000 0000 3E

I see a difference here with the bold bit. Any insight into that?
