I see all of that, even the IPC

Ok, then it's got to be wiring and/or a bad CCM.

I don't have pics, but I connected to the CCM power wire with a positap--it taps the wire you're connecting to without cutting or splicing. C134 is, IIRC, the harness connector that you're putting in the truck that connects to the foglight and the CCM.

So the OBDLink MX Bluetooth won't do it then? Not that I would know where to get the firmware anyway.

No, it's not fast enough and FORScan would refuse to even try with it connected.

Man the ACC part number saved my rear! I bought a Raptor steering wheel for my 2014 Tremor I'm trying to adapt and was looking to see if I had to buy a full wheel as mine was non adaptive cruise.
Hoping to get it to work with my truck!

Ok.... I had the same exact problem. I was about to set my truck on fire. Lol. The problem is a ground. The harness on the truck side did not have the ground wire in it so I had to run a separate ground to the plug at the CCM. Im not sure which pin it is but I think it's pin #1 on the truck side of the harness.
