Wait until your adaptive cruise slams the brakes on you and then come back and tell us how you feel on that first point...

Default love this truck

Picked up my truck about 4 hours ago and have to say i love this truck. It has none of the problems people are talking about. The rear axle looks painted with no rust no wind noise everything lines up and is tight. The only complaint i have is the line-x dealer forgot to plug the tailgate back in after spraying the bed and it took the dealer 5 minutes to fix it. And the tech in this truck is just amazing i'm going to have to get my daughter to explain most of it to me.lol

Mine did that on a trip from Indianapolis a couple of weeks ago... it saved my ***** from slamming into a dumbsh!t van driver who was eating fried chicken with two fingers and texting with her other hand as she cut off a tanker truck full of gasoline and jumped into the space between me and the car in front of me that was being controlled by my adaptive cruise control.

Ya know if you don't want the technology, you have two choices... don't order it or go into the settings and turn it off. You don't have to use it if you think the truck is going to go all "Hal" on you and try to kill you...

I feel very safe

And the fact that you can get on the gas as soon as the coast is clear, without the adaptive cruse disengaging, is awesome Once you take your foot off the gas, the ACC reactivates, accelerating back up to the set speed, or applying the brakes to slow you down to the set speed.

I love this truck!
