2020 Custom Alignment Settings
I own a 2020 F150 Screw 4x4. Does anyone have any custom alignment settings they use that help with or negate uneven tire wear? I know that Ford specs tend to be quite generous and that an alignment being in spec doesn't always mean they are good for tire wear. Thanks in advance!

Your far from offering any in-depth info on your issue.
What has been done? What does the wear appear to be on the tires?
Outer edges, center, cupping, one side, air pressure being run etc.
.
My 2018 went over 70k miles on original tires before replacement was needed.
Only small issue I had early on was sleight pull favoring to the left.
The alignment was in spec but I had some extra Caster dialed in without going out of spec cleared that,
The shop has to have the latest alignment Rack, know how to use it and want to take the time to do it right,
I had just such a shop and did not go to a dealer for alignment because it gets a bit complex with Electric steering involved and the Sensors involved.
My alignment settings won't translate to another vehicle reliably.
Good luck.

Inner and outer wear (think under inflation) on the front tires is by far the most common that I see. To my customers I always recommend following the manufactures inflation specs. On my truck I keep inflation at 40psi, alignment at factory settings, and ROTATE TIRES every 5k miles. Rear tires straight forward, front tires crossed back. This rotation ensures that each tire will spend equal time at each location, and crossing the drive wheels helps mitigate chopping before it starts. Just in the last few weeks I replaced my original tires at 50k miles. They still had 4-5/32 of tread remaining but the rubber was aging enough to make them slick in the rain and snow. They wore dead even across the tread.
My 2015 still has the OEM tires, they are wearing evenly and the alignment has never been checked. So I would say whatever alignment spec Ford slapped on in Dearborn is 'custom' enough for the tires to wear evenly.
