Has anyone gotten one of the new STX pkg trucks? I'm considering getting one soon. From what I've seen,it looks like a nice package.

 

I have it. Got the stx appearance packag end xl appearance package. Seems to be a nice combo.

 

I have the 2017 F150 XL STX package and I absolutely love it. It came with power windows/locks, back up camera, rear window defroster, sync 3 infotainment sys

 

Got the same package in metallic...... I'm usually a Xlt person..... I'm impressed with STX.

 

I had done a ton of research on the 2017 STX package and was set on it before finding a '16 XLT Fx4 for a steal of a deal. It seems to be all the right stuff w/out any of the BS (console up front, large screen, etc)

Only thing I think that you could miss would be the door keypad, power rear sliding glass, remote start and seat heaters. None of those items are deal breakers IMO.

Be sure to check that it was the rear view camera, about 50% of them have the sync 3 and nice big screen but don't have rear back up cam.

 

I believe that these are the options that are on the XLT 302A, but not the XL w/ 101A and STX packages:

Soft-touch interior panels - The XL interior is just a bit more 'harsh' in terms of the plastic parts.

I optioned an XL w/ STX package crewcab as closely as possible to the XLT 302A crewcab, and the STX was about $2,000 less. I'd miss the keypad and power seats, but really prefer the look of the XL w/ STX package over my 302A, even after swapping the chrome wheels and front grill on my truck to those of a Lariat 500A...

 

I have the 17 STX. Rear defrost, backup cam, sync3, power windows. Mine even came with the running boards. I added the remote start for $130.

 

I have the XL with STX. I don't have a back up camera wonder if it's pre wired? I don't know how to check there is only one harness coming through to the tail gate for power lock tailgate. But it has everything i need I do miss the sliding rear window on my last truck other than that no qualm's.

 

I have a STX, came with sync 3 and the trailer back up option with the ****, power rear window, and 36 gallon gas tank. It's a lot of truck for the money, considering what newer trucks are going for. I also put remote start on for $130.

 

Which remote start, Is it the separate key fob or integrated into the stock key fob?
