Default 2017 Ford Raptor Pricing (Canada)

Was at the dealer today and they were able to build me a 2017 Raptor with 801A package (+ 4.10 front axle, spary-in bedliner). It was $72k MSRP but was showing up as $63k with current incentives (Employee pricing). I was surprised to see Employee Pricing being applied to 2017s.

Didn't have time to build a version with 802A but just wanted to give any other prospective Raptor buyers in Canada what pricing looks like.

That in US or CAD? Cause if that's CAD then I will for sure be getting s raptor when they release. I get A plan pricing so that would put pricing below 50k

Yes CAD and the $63k price after incentives already included A plan pricing.

Sorry, but your dealer fed you a whole packet of BS.

First of all, as per the Ford Canada fine print, Raptors are exempt (and always have been exempt) from the employee pricing program, as per Ford.ca:

"all chassis cab, stripped chassis, and cutaway body models, F-150 Raptor, F-650/F-750, Mustang Shelby GT350/GT350R, Ford GT, and Focus RS excluded" - Ford.ca, Additional Disclosures, Disclosure #71

The Canadian pricing has also not been released to dealers as of yet. They're doing preliminary pricing to get your deposit.

Wrong.

A-plan is applicable for those who have a PIN number for it. "Employee pricing" happens every summer in Canada, and it's when Ford basically sells almost everything at a-plan (which is 2% below invoice) and pays the dealer for it so they don't lose money on every deal. If this dealer was offering this Raptor (which doesn't even exist yet) to this guy at true a-plan without a PIN, they'd be taking a 2% loss right off the bat as they will not get paid on a-plan from Ford because the customer is not eligible. Why would they do that? That's right, they wouldn't.
