2-way > 1000' range > flashes green + chime

I have the one way - smaller fob, same range. It's the key that has the lower range from what I understand.

I'd be happy with the separate remote. I have a 15 with fob and the range is pretty dismal as was my 13. The truck is awesome, but the remote start range is low. At least it has 2-way and indicator lights so you know it didn't start. Congrats on the new truck.

I don't mind at all because from what I have done this one has a MUCH longer range.
OK Thanks. I have the plug and play 100 remote on my 2011 now and the range sucks. It's a little disappointing to have 2 remotes but I am going to like the extended range.

Talking Remote Starter

I just purchased a 2016 F-150 XLT and I'm going to buy an OEM remote starter with key from a Ford dealer on Ebay. This is a plug and play module with extra security feature and key $203. Once you install it (maybe 5 minutes tops) Go to your Ford dealer and have them re - flash the truck computer. Takes them maybe 10 minutes to do this and they will "cut" the key as well.
