I haven't had to use mine in a while, but I usually press it near the Ford logo.

I have a 2016 Platinum and I've had the air bag cover replaced twice due to cracks around the logo. I use the horn, but definitely not every day. To my knowledge, I'm not smashing the horn violently, but sure enough, two times in less than three years, the cover has cracked around the logo. Maybe it's me; I haven't heard of anyone else with that problem.

Now when I hit the horn, I try to hit the cover at the bottom. I don't want to deal with a cracked cover.

The horn in my 16' Lariat SCREW, is a PITA to Honk... However, I will NEVER accidentally honk it.. because you have to hit it HARD, in exactly the right place, in exactly the right way, before it will honk.

Usually press mine in the upper right corner. It's a hard press when you just want to say hello to someone but when a MFer is about to hit you it seems much easier.

It's really easy to have the center not seat properly unless you're really paying attention knowing it might not want to seat properly and stick.. Pay extra attention when installing the Raptor wheel so it's not pinched. After the install grab around the base of the horn button with your fingers and trying pulling it toward you if it's still sticking.

In the Raptor wheel conversion thread, folks have had this happen and this has been the solution each time.
