2015+ F150 Raptor Conversion
After 3 years and alot of conversions later we have compiled a parts list with pricing and links to convert your F150 to a raptor using OEM parts, Whether you choose to just convert your suspension or do the full conversion is up to you. we are modifying the google doc constantly, so if you find that a link isnt working or we missed something let us know. You are more than welcome to read through the 25+ pages and you will find all the people that helped figure this out.
FYI: - All Harnesses we used for the oem lighting, raptor third brake lights, steering wheel conversion, and adding the overhead upfitter switched. Are made by @2016BoostedGreyGoose you can contact him to have them made for you.
- if you are converting a 2wd you will need to add 4wd knuckles to your order list which we will add that to the google docs. the 2wd knuckles are shorter and throw off the geometry up front. Also on a 2wd conversion your coil buckets sit lower than a 4wd, therefore you can run bottom perch and achieve the same amount of lift as a 4wd on mid perch. if you do go with 3.0's you will need to dial them down.
- Gen 1 vs Gen 2 Shocks/Coilovers. You cannot run gen2 front coilovers unless you fabricate a custom coil bucket that sits higher than the stock f150 coil bucket. (alot of fab work but has been done) For your rear shocks i choose to run gen 1 rear shocks but there are alot of guys running gen 2 rear shocks without issue (they are longer)
- If converting a 2018+ body to the stock raptor front, you will need to add the 2015-2017 shutter assembly to your list.
-Some of the parts are better being sourced as used. ie bumpers, rear axle, and coilovers

I know the rear shock has a different frame mount so you will need to go aftermarket on rear shocks for sure. I believe each side of the raptor (track width wise) is 3" wider. So your total track width should be 6" wider
I think any manufacturer's first set of glass can be problematic, this is their 4.5"glass and it is several production runs through and was about as good as you could expect. I ran their Raptor OEM glass the first build on this truck, a set from the first production run and it was rough. I have a fair amount of time into the fenders getting them to fit fixing mold issues etc and it fits pretty good. If I had painted it, it would have been a fair amount of blocking to get straight.
