What is Ford current diagnostic procedure on disconnecting blutooth...?

Based on my previous experience with this nagging issue on my 2013. When this issue came which was like week after my purchase i took into the dealer. They told me that it was taken care of, within a few days it started to disconnect again, so i took back and they told me they same thing "oh its taken care of you should be good to go". After the 4th time i finally asked what have they been doing and they told me "per ford instructions" pull the fuse and the system resets. I said to them ur kidding they said nope. So there was obviously issue with fords sync system and that was fords "fix".. I would take 2 hours off work to take in to the dealer for them to just pull the fuse... People aint got time for that. So i started to pull the fuse my self on my 2013, which worked fine for about 2-4 weeks then i would have to pull the fuse again.

Needless to say this disconnecting blutooth bs is nonsense. I dont want to be wasting my taking my truck into the dealers for fords bs fix. Ford should fix this blutooth disconnecting correctly, seriously. I am not the only one with this issue and its not my phone i have tried other phones. The master reset per Fords web site doesnt fix the issue.

2quik,

Because we don't have access to the vehicle, our troubleshooting steps are limited. A master reset is as far as I can suggest. The dealers work with a team of engineers in the Tech Hotline department to diagnose concerns. I don't have access to that team.
