Maybe try removing and reinstalling the SD Nav card (while the system is off)?

Ok - so I pulled sd out- and reinstalled- still wont work.......

I tap the button for navigation and it clicks to the screen for the live map- I hit destination button and nothing happens and same with button nxt to it. I can take a video to show later.

I go for a drive and then it will work perfect-

Park truck- and then get back in and drive and stop put in park and try again and nothing-

Funny thing is sometimes the cursor on screen will flutter-

Help

I would disconnect the battery for about 5 min to reset everything, if that doesn't work just take it to the dealership.
