I will keep ya'll apprised as to what happens. These are little pain in the *** quirks. Just need to make sure to get them fixed, or documented for long term warranty purposes and reliability.

Hey, I'm using the for11-ck harness, morel tempo ultra 692 front speakers with the morel crossovers and tweeters, morel Maximo coax rear speakers, soundstream mr5.2000d Rubicon nano 5 channel amp, not using a dsp, grounding the amp to the back wall (there's something else also grounded ehere in grounded the amp. I also jumped that ground out to the frame after wire wheeling the paint down to bare metal and still had no luck).... amp wiring kit is 4awg....and lastly the RCA's going from the for11ck harness to the amp are twisted and shieleded elite audio ea-rca20

(Do this outside the truck, don't worry about going through the firewall yet, this is a test. If it works, then run you new ground through the interior of the truck) Run a ground from the amps directly to the battery. The new frames have adhesives and vibration dampeners infused in the steel for strength and sound dampening. It severely limits the conductivity of the steel. I am running a pretty comprehensive system that was hand built and I have absolutely zero noise. Not even a slight hiss. Dead silent. I have direct grounds to the battery. 99% of noise comes from the ground.

Before you do the ground change, I would recommend you use a different source into your amps and go from there. If they don't make noise with a different source, then grab the far end of your rcas from behind your dash and run your new source through those. If still no sound, you would want to investigate the harness. If you still have noise with those tests, re-run your ground. We can get this fixed!

Would you mind giving me a call? If I typed out everything I've tried, you'd be reading for about 3 hours lol.

to add to dh suggestion.. if you do decide to change your ground .. i would run it outside the truck first to ensure that fixes it before running the wire all the way through the truck
