Did you notice additional wind noise after the modification. My truck is 4 times as loud and it sounds like a door is open when driving. This is AFTER the door modification. The service writer stated (after the fact) they have had complaints of additonal wind noise. I'm considering a law suit.

Passenger door didn't unlock again this morning. Even after I sprayed it down a few weeks ago. Guess I didn't spray enough.
Knock on wood though, so far my problem has only been the passenger door not unlocking. Every time it has done it, it's just been me in the truck going somewhere and hasn't been a major concern.... YET!

I had 1 degree here today and the truck door only fastened on the first click not fully shut. Sprayed it good and waited. Once again 2 hours later the same thing. The Electric Solenoid sticks. I am sure of it when its expansion internal clearances contract when very cold. Its like the 737 Max. a **** poor management decision to go with a piece of crap Solenoid and its a pos door design and try to blame on linkages and latches. RE name the F150 a F13-13 (LOL)
Once the truck warms up and warm air goes into the door, about 10 minutes the latches lock solenoid works fine again. I knowand believe it by clicking the lock switch several times to get the door to catch on the first lock safety catch.

Hey! Let's be nice... it could also be called a RAM!
This frozen latch crap is regrettable and is forcing potential buyers and current owners alike to go to a competitor. Heck, I bet even Toyota and Nissan have gotten some buyers due to this nonsense!
