The high and low beams are on the same fuse.

I said in my post i tried the Old set to eliminate a bad bulb scenario so that wasn't it.

I don't know what did it but letting the truck sit while I drank some thinking juice seemed to do the trick, it just started working without me touching a thing. Weird though ...

I ordered some gen2 Anzos from Stage 3 on Wed afternoon. They shipped a few hours later and were delivered to me the next afternoon. Wow! Thanks Stage 3!

Default Anzo light quality

It seems most people are changing the bulbs in the new anzo's. Is the quality of the anzo lights that poor that the bulbs need to be changed?

The headlight assembly actually is pretty good according to the forum members and I would agree having my own in hand. Halogen projectors from ANZO is a good upgrade versus reflector halogen that comes stock (unless you have OEM LED). People change the bulbs to reach even better light output. THe most savvy and demanding go with retrofit, which is as close to factory HID as you can get in terms of light quality and output. See the picture comparison of halogen vs LED vs retrofitted HID several posts above (post #1627) to get a grasp of change in light output.

I just installed my Anzos yesterday with LED in low beam. Kicked on the highs and they look pathetic in comparison, all yellow compared to the 6k LED. Walked back in the house and ordered another pair of LEDs for the highs.

Been cruising the forums and picking up some tips here and there. Thought I'd post a pic of my retrofitted Anzo headlights. FXR BiXenon with unique turn signals, halos, 5K Osram Sylvania HID bulbs, . Had them retrofitted by Dangeris Lumenations out of PA. Since he was local to me it was very convenient. The build is awesome and professional. I get stopped all the time by people asking me about it. I highly recommend this shop for anyone wanting quality projector retrofits. My next project will be my tails. We talked about it and he had some cool options. Can't wait to get working on those!

Anyway, here's some pics and a short video.

Video of the turns. You may need to download Adobe Flash to your browser for it to come up and work.
