The Osram Rallye H7 65W are supposed to be good, if you can find them that is.

I found 55W is stamped on the headlights. Isn't it the max power allowed?

I wouldn't be worried about the extra 0.8A. Though some of the aftermarket headlights have questionable quality in the wiring and connectors, so, use at your own risk...

Another option is the Sylvania Silverstars if you really want to stay halogen.
Had them on 2 prior cars with good results.

My Anzos were delivered today, and my HID kit arrives tomorrow. This is probably a really, really stupid question, but I'm asking it anyway... should the silica bag be removed from the high beam cavity before installing?

Here's a shot of the Anzo Projector with the stock halogens on top, Morimoto XB LED 5500K (not 2 stroke) in the middle with stock projector, and my retrofitted MH1 projector with Morimoto 35w 5500K HIDs. This is about 16' distance.

I never had such a gorgeous hotspot when I ran MH1 v7.0. I want someone to do a project swap for me. Nobody here locally thats halfway competent.

People.
Dammit, I just spent the last hour reading through posts on these lights trying to catch up, haha. I saw these lights, thought "those look perfect, I want, but are they garbage like most aftermarket headlights? Where is Bilinvic? Should I just retrofit??? I don't want to read through 1600 posts!"

So it sounds like the consensus is that these are working out for most users?

Nice! Those LED bulbs in projectors just don't compare to the HID's, higher lumens or not.
