Totally bring it in, it' always good to have a paper trail in case it gets bad. Please keep us updated with what the dealership says.

Anyone have any updates on their chirping noise, and potential fix?

So I have the same chirping and took a long trip. Now it's definitely louder. Taking it back to the dealer next week to have them listen, it's driving me crazy.

I've noticed a slight high pitch whine noise when stopped in drive, only really notice it if I'm in a drive through or next to a tall curb.

If I shift into Neutral, noise goes away.

Torque converter related maybe?

No clue if this is a fix, so I don't want to start a war, but does anyone with the chirping noise have a catch can? I had the chirping noise, started running premium fuel and it went away. I added a catch can, still no chirp. Then I went back to regular unleaded fuel with the catch can and haven't had a chirp for the past 3500 miles. Not sure if it's dumb luck, but just curious.

Unfortunately, no. Not in my case. Seems tied to throttle input regardless or in Drive or Neutral.

No catch can, always fill with 91 octane fuel @ Chevron/Shell.

Have either of you tried going back to regular for a few tanks?
