Call your insurance and take it to a body shop If you want it done right.

You may need to find a shop with no bias against foreigners, but I am certain there are good body shops in Germany.

I've lived there and know many that served over there, haven't heard of a bias against Americans. We are not an occupying force.

Is this the same Germany that gives us Audi, Porsche, VW, BMW, Mercedes etc or a different one? I'm sure they will be able handle a minor repair such as this.
