Hello, so my truck is undergoing a raptor conversion. It's a 2006 FX4, I just had the body work done, but still have a few details left to finish. I've already moved on to the suspension. Ordering my RPG customer Lower control arms to fit the raptor suspension. My questions are, will the stock UPPER control arms fit my 06' and will the stock tie rods fit as well? I was told yes from a few people, and no by others. The guy I spoke to at RPG wasn't sure, but they do offer custom ones as well.

 

Is that a 6.5' box?

Got to be...the only thing that kept me from getting a Raptor originally...

 

As much as i know 6.5' boxes are much more useful than 5.5', for some reason i just think they don't look very good on a SCrew... My next F150 will probably be an extra cab 6.5' box.

 

Looks like a high dollar conversion, you must really love your 06!

 

Yeah it's the 6.5 Bed. the 5.5 just aren't practical for my use.

 

Where did you get raptor bedsides for a 6.5' bed?

 

While I've never handled the parts personally, I am positive the UCA and tie rods were longer on the Raptor. Also the CV Axles and LCA, but it sounds like your LCA is alreay taken care of.

Good news is, stock parts are cheap on Tasca, or take-off parts on any raptor forum.
