I have an 06 as well. To my understanding you need upper and lower control arms, tie rods and cv axles (different length and heard something about a different spline count, but idk). Also sorry to add a question to your thread but what about the coilover/strut? same mounting location or different? same length or longer?

 

The tie rods have to be machined to same threads as the '04-'08 trucks. A bushing needs to be trimmed on the LCA's. The cv's will not work because of different spline count, have to get custom ones made. Everything else is bolt on without modification.

And the raptor bedsides for a 6.5 box are from McNeil racing.

 

IM about to do the same to my 05. Just ordered the rear shocks for mine, next up is the front suspension from rpg, as well as raptor rear axle...Then the body. Here is what I am starting with.
