Default Engine swap

Im wanting to put a 5.4 supercharged engine into my 2001 crew 4x4. How about a 1999 5.4 dual overhead 32valve from an expedition and get the lightning intake off of ebay? Im planning on rebuilding The engine. The junkyard by me sells engines for 125$

Even if you got an ECM from a lightning it's only a 3v motor so I don't know if it would work the same or not but if the price is right it sounds good to me.

I know enough about turbo, and superchargers to know this, it is not just as simple as bolting on the charger its self. Once you add boost (even just a small amount of boost) your ecm with stock programming isn't going to work. You MAY need larger injectors to push more fuel to the chamber and for sure will need a ECM reprogram or new ECM since you will have to have more fuel and it will have to know how to properly mix the fuel.
Other things to consider, the head gasket and head bolts/studs. Are they strong enough for boost? does the MAF sensor know how much air you are cramming down the throat of your engine. Air=HP NOT ALWAYS when you have too much air you have no or not enough combustion, when your computer doesn't know how much air you have added, it thinks you are running too lean and will add a LITTLE more fuel but probably not enough to compensate.
