video starts off making the tick/clack whatever you want to call it. It cuts out for about 30-45 seconds then kicks back in at about 1:28 or so

I don't think that ticky is anything other than timing and injectors etc. I have a 2012 and it is noisier than your (with a new long block!). I do hear a faint knocking. How many miles?

@regor64 you still have this truck? Did anything ever become of the sound? Also was it kind of a thumping/knocking sound?

She now has over 70k on her and the knock is still there! Knock most noticeable at low rpm, driving slow or/ and underlay. First noticed at 600 miles backing my trailer.
