Question. Where on my engine is my MAF sensor?

I don't see one..they are located on the air intake tube, usually near the throttle body end...not even sure if that gen of truck had them...maybe the 302 got one in 94ish?

I'm pretty sure it means manifold absolute pressure and uses psi to determine how much fuel to inject. I'm curious though because i've seen alot of wannabe ford techs on the forum state things like "maf started in 94" and "all trucks with auto trans after 94 are maf." What stumps me is my truck is a 95 300 4.9 automatic and it's a map system. Production date is after august so it's a true 95 too. So when did MAF really begin? If I had to take a guess it'd be when OBD2 came into effect in late 95 early 96. Anyone else that can clear this up for us?

Ya because I'm a 95 v8 302 and I have a map I guess. Ithought it was MAF because of the year..

'94-'95 5.0 automatic are MAF. All others are MAP. All '96 are MAF.
