where does this goo?

i am so confused about hooking up all the efi and i need to know where this tube goes any help is greatly appreciated

thanks alot for the reply me and my dad were scratching our heads but is it a necessity to have it hooked up to a cat because i am putting a whole new exhaust under the truck after i get it running

no but it helps with emissions and gas mileage check your local emissions laws you may need that egr
