Default what year is this headlight?

I have a 89 F150 an it has 2 different headlights,I thought 1 just had the chrome bezel around it that I can take off to match the left side but apparently not because its a different style.I want to match the one without the chrome,Name: headlight2_zps5uyss1ux.jpg

Any 87-91 will fit. Whoever had it before you just put one with the chrome surround on as a replacement. Wish you had 2 I need a set with chrome around

Chrome or no chrome doesn't seem to be to do with the years. I've noticed it seems to go with the trim package custom/xlt

On my 88 custom and my 89 Lariat, they both had chrome around the headlights.

I have a pair of headlights with the chrome if anyone is interested.

New headlights can be had for about $80 with or without the chrome.

You can buy my used ones if interested, or JC Whitney had the chrome ones last time I checked. I think Rock Auto did too, if you want new ones.

I will sell the used ones for half of what the new ones would cost.
