What are you looking to get to replace it?
I'm assuming you need a truck for work everyday.

Replace head, Replace radiator and sell it. Don't junk it.

The engine is strong, still have to drive it home. I just foil taped the radiator to keep the water in and I'll leave the cap loose so it won't pressurize.
