What did you do to your truck today?

I do look behind me when I jump in, and anything close to the truck or low in front if it like blocks or pieces of wood. I look out my back window and mirrors when backing up a trailer, I use the Mirrors to make sure the sides of the trailer is where I want it, and I back it up and turn it looking out the back window, for everything but a camper or enclosed trailer. Boats, flatbeds with or without a car, truck, tractor, or furniture, I still look out the back window. If I just have wood or no load at all on a a flatbed then I defiantly look out the back window. My mirrors suck for towing, their hard to see what I need too, and I don't want to change driving habits because of tint. I may just go 20% tint, the dodge has that and I can see ok out that at night.

Oh I'm getting tint, just not limo tint. I also like to see any load I have in the bed, like the other night I had a bed full of pallets I was watching. I'm thinking 20% all around, but isn't 35% up front the legal limit? I don't know how strict they are on that.

I do not trailer anything so it works for me. I do understand that you trailer many different types of loads more often than I would so limo tint would not work for you. I suggest that you choose a tint that you can see out of very well at night and get some LED backup lights of some kind. There are many types.
Didn't have one at the time. I knew there was a pole but didn't think I had gotten that close. As I was switching which mirror I was looking at it passed through the view of the mirror I wasn't. So by time I looked back at it, it was already directly behind my truck and I wasn't turning my head that far to see out the back window anyway. Small dent for my over site, no big deal.
We'd do it

If the cop cars can have limo tint all the way around so can I. It's not as bad as you guys are making it sound. I've had limo tint on several vehicles with no problem seeing. Just don't turn on the interior light at night if you need to see.
Dodge+Ford = always ready
i just use my side mirrors, like Sean is saying, look whats behind you when you hop in, from there on out 95% of the time i use my side mirrors. if tint gets in the way.....roll your windows down lol.
