Default What is this (2)?

While taking the head off the block I decided to take this tube that branched into 7-8 smaller tubes that ran directly into the cylinder head on the exhaust/intake side (passenger). I ended up breaking the one of the smaller tubes that rad into the head and need a new one but I need to know what this is? and how much would one cost?

I believe it is the A.I.R. system, or with A.I.R heads, Dorman or Help probably has cheap ones, or try ebay.

6- 1/4" NPT brass plugs will do the trick, if you don't have inspections.

Will plugging the hole mess up the air/fuel ratio at all or alter mpg's?

No, the smog pump just pumps air through the tubes into the exhaust to lower emissions. Wont hurt anything.
