weird vibrate

Default weird vibrate

my truck does this weird vibrate thing when im in park.like up and down and up and down and up and well you get the point.what is that?

How's the idle? It could be because the idle is unsteady, and that would most likely be the IAC being dirty.

Yeah... are you talking about the idle going up and down, or is the whole truck bouncing up and down?

It's trying to follow your throttle foot is hunt for an idle as it re-learns you were on the floor board a bunch, is don't lie now.
I'm kidding. Does this do this every single time you set it in park?

yeah whenever im just chillin there in park with the ac on or off its starts doin it after bout a minute or two.
its just really annoying when im tryin to nap b4 class and stuff.it doesnt seem to be having any affect on the truck.

Have you tried cleaning out the throttle body and IAC? Been tuned up recently? Have you checked for codes?

naw i just got the truck a couple months ago.it was a pest control vehicle and the dude was junkin it.so my dad just gave him the same amount he got it for 200 bux.ill post some pictures soon..but what im saying is that ive only really begun the process off getting it in shape you know

The IAC won't set a code. Tune it up, ie. plugs, wires, cap, rotor, set timing.
