63- TPS Sensor signal below minimum- possible short
97- Overdrive cancel indicator light, circuit failure.

I would say your tps is bad, your overdrive code, when driving your truck does the od light flash. It could be your tranny is on its way out,or its possible the overdrive code is a side effect of the bad tps.

Your TPS may be bad, but it could also just be the wiring or the connector. Check the witing going to and from your TPS and clean off the connector and see if that helps. I'm not familiar with the O/D light or anything, so I won't be much help there. After you do a once over on the wiring and clean the connector, check your codes again to see if the TPS code is still there. Before you check codes, you will want to disconnect the negative terminal on your battery for 10+ minutes to clear your current codes, then bring your truck up to temp and see what's there.

The 97 code is for the later models (95 & 96) and applies to the E4OD transmission that is why you can't find that overdrive light.
