I'm ordering new shift forks for a 1992 m5od and what's the best to go with?

Which gears does this shift? I think it's 1-4 because when I discovered they were worn these were the only gears I had no access to. I could only go into 5th and reverse.

yup thats what their for, i don't remember what brand mine was when i replaced it but it felt heavier and better quality than the original. also since you got all that apart check the bushing and plugs on that top plate.
