ok so next time you lock your keys in your truck you are going to need 2 spoons. bend the spoons in the middle 90 degrees, hold the spoons by the spoon part and with 1 in each hand slide the handles in threw the vent window. use 1 spoon handle to push in the pin lock and the other to flip up the lock.
or you can do what i do and have a spair key in my wallet....

get a spare made with out the rubber around the top and slide it in you wallet. trust me being out of cell range and cb range makes you want to have a spare all the time

For everyones information, the wing window is the most expensive piece of glass to replace (brand new). Just because it's small doesn't make it the best one to break.

I know theres a pin holding the handle on, but I think it would be easier to swap the whole window than to get that pin out. I'm sure its rusted in there pretty good. The whole metal area where the lock lever attaches to is severely rusted. I'm wondering what holds the bottom of the window in where it hinges. If I remove the top rivet, will a be able to just wiggle the window up out of the frame?

It's like a stud with a spring bolted to the pivot point. No your idea won't work, you have to take it all apart to get it out.

If you are going to replace that frame around the window I would recommend replacing the whole thing. You have to pull the door panel anyway and I will assume your going junk yard on the frame, so just pull the whole unit and install. Junk yard is going to charge you most likely the same price. I put up a pic of that spring/bolt for you. good luck.

Okay I just did this because it was cold and mine broke. Remove door panel, Remove the two bolts holding the frame in, Remove two top screws under the weather stripping at the top, Make sure window is rolled down, Pull the top of the frame towards the back of the window and pull up. When it comes to the bracket twist the frame towards you and it will pull out. Replacement is reverse of removal. Total time invested 30-45 mins. Difficulty: easy.
