Default Trucks dancing while taking off!

Okay, so I did a swap from an E40D to a M50D 5spd. I was sick of the E40D. Everything seems to be working just great, the gears are shifting good, there's lots of pressure in the clutch, fluid is full. When I did the swap I put a brand new pilot bearing, clutch disk, clutch pressure plate, throw out bearing, clutch hydraulic line, master cylinder, and slave cylinder on the truck/transmission. The only problem I'm having with the swap is that when I go to take off, as I'm giving it gas and letting the clutch out, the whole truck will shake violently. I tried multiple ways to take off; letting the clutch out without gas slowly, giving it gas and letting clutch out slowly, popping the clutch, burping the throttle and letting the clutch out, but none seem to work. It seems to shake worse once the truck gets up to normal driving temperature as well. I checked everything over though, the transmission bolts are tight to the block, the cross member bolts are tight, drive shafts are all tight, etc. I had my father lay on the ground beside the truck as I took off, and he said the whole drive train is bouncing up and down violently. The only thing I could think it would be is the clutch but then I cancel that out after I take off because all the other gears shift just wonderful so. I'm looking for some help if anybody has any ideas of what it could be. Thanks so much ahead of time!

there is a lot of stress on the drivetrain while taking off. So if i were you i would try making shure all my mounts are good and that all the bushings on the mounts are good

Okay. You think it would be my motor mounts? Because I put a brand new transmission mount on when I did the swap. I forgot to mention it.

There's one more possible cause for this to happen. In Russian cars (or 4-wheeled cans, whatever) a common cause for that.. um.. devices to shake while starting is a bad (from the start) clutch disk. I don't really think it's possible in USA, but anyway here's a question - are you sure that no oil/grease got to clutch disk or pressure plate surface while whey were installed? It might cause disk slipping (not normal "work" slipping) , and as a result the whole drivetrain would shake at the start.

Two things I can think of.
1) What sort of friction material is on the disc? Some material is very "grabby" and will cause a chattering or shaking affect as you releaser the clutch. This shaking get s less the higher the clutch let out RPM.
2) The other is a clutch that has bent or unevenly adjusted fingers this will cause the clutch to make contact with the pressure plate and flywheel unevenly.

Might be a suggestion, did you put the right flywheel in? Older 302 has a different balance between the newer so called 5.0 and a windsor. The older 302 has I think a neutral balance, and the later 5.0 has a 50 oz balance.

NOT refacing the flywheel is a sure sign of what you are discribing. Did you have it refaced?

Umm, I just took the flywheel of an old 5.0L at a buddies of mine. It was out of a truck around the same year, but the engine was sitting on the ground for a while. It's in good shape teeth wise, but... could it be my problem? We sanded the surface rust off it a bit so it wouldn't be so scratchy but... other than that we just popped it in.
