Default Transmission Problems

Well today i got a brand new issue to deal with
Somethings up with my transmission (4R70W) I was on my way home and it kept shifting up and down through gears as if it was struggling to climb a hill. It continued shifting up and down all the way home, then when i pulled onto my road the transmission felt like it was slipping, The truck was revving at like 3,000 RPM but i was barely moving. I got home, checked fluid and added a quart. Drove it again and the problem is still here. What could be wrong with her now?? Any suggestions? Change Filter/fluid? Need help shes my daily driver. Thank You, Rob.

yes it is electronic. Also i just ran the codes and it came back with 3 different TPS codes. So maybe an improper voltage from the throttle position sensor is causing her to shift funny?

Yes - the TPS will cause all sorts of issues that make you think the trans is falling apart.

Were the TPS codes the only ones that you got?

That doesn't make sense... should be E4OD.... Someone swap something in on you?

Definitely sounds like the TPS... easy fix.
