Default transmission fluid

i was just wondering if anyone had a nice write up on changing the transmission fluid on the 5 speed tranny( idk if its different for a manual and an auto). sometimes its a little noisy when going into third and fourth gears, and figured it could use some fresh tranny fluid. thanks guys!

Step 1: remove drain plug and drain fluid
Step 2: reinstall drain plug
Step 3: remove fill plug and fill until the fluid starts to spill out of the fill hole

There is no filter or pan on a stick.
