Default Tires?

Apparently I'm a pretty rough guy on tires? Have Goodyear wranglers on from Walmart (I know I know, but I was pressed for cash at the time and they were cheap). 4 flat tires later and I am figuring out these tires are just not gonna hold up to my driving. So, I'm hoping to get some 31/10.5x15's. Im pretty sure those should fit on a stock 15" steel rim correct? Being in Central Montana I need an extremely versatile tire, highway and interstate frequently, but something that can get me up to where the elk are at in the fall, and keeping me out of the ditch in the winter. Alright guys, convince me on new shoes for the pickup!

Cooper discoverer at/3 or firestone destination a/t are good on the lower end of the budget. Toyo open country a/t or m/t would be a good option for a little more cash.

Yes, that size tire would fit and is a common choice.

Can you fit 31/10.5r15's on a stock rim? My door tag calls for 235's but when I got the truck there was a 31 on the spare so I'm pretty sure they've been run on this pickup before

Yes, it'll be fine. Stock rim is (I think) 15x7.5. A 31x10.50 works on that rim width.

I went with the bfg at ko2's in 31/10.50/15 on stock rims they fit fine. They get great wet traction an are good in gravel an light mud. I have yet to run them in snow or heavy mud but they are snow an ice rated.

K02's are supposed to be the BEST A/T tire on the market.
