I have a 1995 F150 5.0l engine. The engine starts normally only one crank when call but when it warms up it takes about 5 seconds of cranking before it will start. Can someone help me on this.

Pull your codes first, could be a slight vacuum leak in one of the small diameter vac lines coming from the intake manifold tree. Could be a leaky injector or gummed up FPR (fuel pressure test to eliminate these, do a key on, a running, and recheck after 5 minutes to test for bleed down). It could also be something as simple as cleaning up your battery terminals and chassis/body grounds and electrical connectors. How old is the ignition coil? It could also be starting to go, a good rule of thumb is to change them out every 75k-100k miles.

To track down the issue properly (and not just throw parts at it) you will need to eliminate possible problems, starting with fuel delivery and ignition. Do any tests when the engine wouldn't normally start right away as this is when the problem shows itself.

Just to verify: You did pull the codes and are not just saying that because the CEL isn't on.

Fuel pressure test cold then warm. Like fltdriver said check for pressure bleedown. KOEO you should get above 40 psi (42,43 is better) and hold it for at least a few minutes
