Default Stalling problem 302

1995 302. I did a complete tune up on it, cleaned out the IACV. Truck runs absolutely fantastic with no issues at all except for 1.
When I initially start the truck up (when the engine is cold), it starts immediately, sounds fantastic and after about 1 minute the idle drops quickly and it stalls. I restart and I won't have another problem with the motor whatsoever.
It does this EVERYTIME the engine is cold. 1 stall and its all good after that.
What should I be looking for?
Should I seafoam the intake. Truck has 185K on it and when I cleaned the IACV it had alot of carbon in it.

Sounds like it could be a pump problem. Is there 2 pumps on your truck. one in tank and one on the frame rail. Also did you check the fuel regulator. Mine is at the back end of the fuel rail that feeds the injectors.

When my 92 300 did that I would find that the plugs would need changing.
YMMV

I don't think the 92 to 96 has the pumps in tank and on the rail. Just in the the tanks.

Look for a vacuum leak. My 95 did this and I found a bad throttle body gasket.

I replaced the plugs a week ago.

When yours did this did it only do it when the motor was cold and only 1 time. Mine only stalls 1 time and only when the engine is cold. After it stalls I restart and its perfect. Could it still be a bad gasket?
I just seafoamed the intake so I really don't know if its fixed until I start it up tomorrow.

My truck didn't follow the rules as well as your truck, but if it is a small vacuum leak, it would mostly go away as quickly as the engine warmed up a little.

I checked for vacuum leaks and there aren't any.

To clarify, this is exactly what my truck does.

From a cold start.

It starts immediately. If I put it in drive or reverse it will immediately stall or if I start it let it sit for around 30 seconds it will immediately stall.
I restart and the motor runs perfect from then on.
It does this every time like clockwork from a cold start.

One guy told me it could be the fuel pump or a bad injector.
Probably the only thing I didn't change on the truck is the fuel filter. Could that cause it. It might be really dirty. I have to figure out where it is because I don't have a repair manual for the truck yet.

I also notice that occasionly the check engine light will flash 3 times and then go off when I start it. It doesn't do this when the engine is warm.

The fuel filter on my 95 5.8 was an in-line filter under the cab. Not a terrible job to replace. Need to relieve the fuel pressure or wear a gallon of gas. I had almost 200,000 miles on mine when I replaced it. It may have been a little overdue. This video isn't too bad.
