Default Speedometer not working!

I own a 1992 ford f150 and my speedometer quit working. Started out as a flicker of the needle while driving, then it stopped working in general. I put a new speed sensor in the rear end and that fixed it for 2 weeks. Now it dont work at all! Any help beats none!

if its a mechanical linkage check the connections on the speedo side and the tranny side. if its an electrical then i would think it would be the sensor.

sounds like its either the cluster or some electrical wiring, i know its aggravating but you would need to trace the wires and check for broken or bare wires. also check the wires coming from the coil, check the fuses also. start simple then go to the harder stuff, alot of times its something simple.

There has been notice of problems where the wiring harness meets the frame breaks and does not work.
