yea the gap for my 96 302 is .054.

It's 0.44. Anybody know how to remove a stuck plug? I've let pb blaster set for about 2 hours and tried but still no luck. I'm letting it sit over night then I'm gunna try again. Any tricks please let me know.

Ok so it sat all night and still no luck. I dnt wanna pull to hard on it. I'm afraid it'll break.

If I break it how will I get the rest of it out without getting all that debris down in the motor?

It's not that kind of plug. The only part that is going to break is the porcelain above the threaded part.

I think if you just blast it with PB it should come undone. if you drill it out you will get metal in the cylinders and that is never a good thing.
