Default Some electrical help "again"

Ok this is driving me crazy I have a 95 F-150 MAF not SD I replaced
the EEC with one from a 95 mustang "tuning reasons" added the second O2
everything ran great. I was able to use my actron scanner of course had to
set it to mustang not f-150.

Now after redoing the harness it keeps saying its not plugged into the DLC

So I'm thinking its the 2 data wires now the problem

this one for a 95 MAF stang says 18 data (-) 19 data (+)
http://www.fordfuelinjection.com/5.0Lpinouts.html

this one for the MAF truck says 18 data (+) 19 data (-)
http://www.fordfuelinjection.com/truckpinouts.html

and my haynes book says 9 data (-) 28 data (+)

uh whats the correct one?

Is that still OBDI? My Haynes shows pins 18 and 19 to the diagnostic for the 4R70W tranny, pins 28 and 9 for the E4OD. There's also a pin 9 to the MAF. No polarity shown for any. I show pin 48 to the data link connector and also pin 22 for the fuel pump.

Yeah still an OBD1 the fuel pump, STO, Sig return, and STI are all correct

in the DLC I am able to jump the one pin out and force the fuel pump to run

and jumping the STI and sig return allows me to get codes manually
and during the manual codes I can get the engine light to blink so I know that wire is correct.

This is frustrating lol.

On a different vehicle someone had told me that a blown fuse caused the scanner to say it wasn't plugged in.
