If you have an oil leak putting oil on your mounts, it breaks the rubber down faster and allows them to break. Stop your oil leaks and make sure everything else is held down like it is supposed to be, and you should stop breaking them so much. Also check to make sure nothing structural is bent, if so you are fighting a loosing battle.
