Have any of you guys put a shorter manual transmission stick in your truck?

I don't care for the really long one

I tried a ford rangers but it was backward. Suggestions?

Pull the ****, cut off the stick and epoxy the **** back on.

 

That's badass. I want one like that but stock size. I don't know how I'd like a short stick

 

WOW, didn't even look at the price. Seems high for a bent piece of metal with a ball on one end.

 

The core/hurst shifter is a little more than just a bent chunk of steel. Its also a short throw shift unit. It shortens the throw by half and makes much more positive shifts. I love mine, best $200 I've spent on my truck.

 

You have any pics of it in your truck? I wanna see how it looks in our trucks

 

Co-worker of mine has the shifter cut down with a Hurst handle mounted on top. BAM! Instant Hurst Shifter mod.
