I've used several. The original stuff I used I really liked how it worked, but I can't find it anymore. I'm using the Rustoleum stuff now and it seems to work the same. I just talked to a body guy about rust converters and he said they work excellent. He said it will stop the rust but if there are those dots of rust that pop off then it will continue rusting because the dots will eventually fall off and the converter can't treat under them.

I'll probably go with the rustoleum stuff then put a coat of undercoating on.

oh and dont buy cheap undercoating, i am painting the rear section of my frame on the mighty max and then used some cheapo rattle can stuff just for shiggles, and it doesnt stick well and takes forever to dry, it may be the moisture in the air though but either way im not impressed with it

This is the post he is referring to, in my "Working on the Blazer" thread in off topic:

I also have an old can of Mar Hyde One Step, which is supposed to be the same thing except spray on. The other two are brush on. That can is very old so I didn't use it recently and I don't remember how it worked but I think it also was pretty good. When I did the frame I used Right Stuff de-ruster, which really sucks. So for this I used the Rustoleum Rust Reformer.
